This ministry ensures the smooth operation of events by maintaining Student Government meeting minutes, overseeing agendas, and facilitating communication between the SGA and students. The ministry also ensures that official government procedures are followed at every event. In addition, the ministers produce monthly reports on each minister’s contributions and evaluate the SGA’s effectiveness in achieving its established agenda.
